The b-working team are dedicated to maximizing employment opportunities for local people. Our trained staff are familiar with the day to day issues of finding and sustaining work. Working closely with key agencies, we can help to identify and address barriers which individuals may face when entering the job market.


b-working-smallb-working delivers a drop-in service to Braunstone Residents which includes one to one pre-employment support, CV writing, application form completion, job search support, interview skills, confidence and motivation building, links to local employers, identifying training needs, providing accredited training and finding available vocational courses.

All our staff are fully qualified in Information, advice and guidance, and b-working has successful achieved its Quality standard mark for the sector for the 3rd time running. We are here to help you.
It doesn't matter whether you are employed, unemployed or in self employment - the service is available to you.
In addition b-working works with a wide range of partners to provide specialist services to Braunstone residents including financial assistance, benefits and Welfare advice and housing support. All of which can be barriers to moving forward. 
b-working also provides free internet access, telephone use and postage to all its clients.
